Our hospital stay

I never changed one diaper while in the hospital. Jeff, super dad - trying not to look as tired as he felt.

Where will these feet take her?

Gianna was born exactly 24 hours ago. Happy one-day anniversary, sweet baby.

The day they first met. Despite the fact that I could hear Enzo crying down the hospital hallway as Jeff brought him to meet his sissy as he kept repeating "Noooo. Nooooo. Noooooo.", the first meeting wasn't as bad as I expected. Enzo kept himself entertained playing with the buttons on my bed, opening and closing the bathroom door repeatedly, and sliding the curtain open and closed. I did catch him sneeking in some peeks of his new baby sister.

Enzo, the big brother, picking up his first diaper assist. What a good helper. (We are employing the advice given to us by some friends, which was the same advice when we got our rambunctious Labrador three years ago: "Give him a job and he'll handle the transition much better."

I think Enzo was trying to text Gianna.

Waiting to be discharged, and for the Baby Lo-Jack to be removed from her ankle.

Whoah, it's sunny out here. Gianna's first ride in the car.

Welcome home to us! Enzo, Mema, and Auntie Godmother decorated the house for us. It's good to be back. Let the new adventures begin...
